Privacy notice

This notice explains how FlintLever Inc., operating as NLM Cognitive Solutions, handles information on this website.

What this website collects

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that identify you. Its fonts are served from this website itself, so no third party receives your visit.

When you contact us

The contact form and the diagnosis page open your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send the email. When you write to us, we use your name, email address and message only to respond to your enquiry and to discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell or share this information.

The AI readiness diagnosis

The diagnosis page asks about your business and, if you choose, rough financial figures. While you fill it in, a draft of your answers is kept in your own browser, on this website only, for up to 30 days; it does not reach us until you press send in your email application, and the Clear my answers button removes it. We use the answers, your name and your email address to prepare and send your diagnosis, to answer your questions about it and, if you ask us to, to discuss a possible engagement. To prepare the diagnosis, we run the answers through our own tool. It uses Claude, an AI service from Anthropic, a company in the United States; the answers are handled under Anthropic's privacy policy, and your name and email address stay with us. We do not sell or share the answers otherwise, and we delete them on request.

Client information

Information shared with us during a client engagement is treated as confidential and handled under the terms agreed in writing for that engagement.

Your requests

You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@nlmcognitive.com.

Who is responsible

Our Privacy Officer is responsible for how we handle personal information, and can be reached at hello@nlmcognitive.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer to a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change.
